Josh called with an ETA. He was on time, cordial, and knew his stuff. He explained what he was doing as he went. He explained my options and gave me pricing and was not overly pushy in trying to upsell. he gave me “homework” to watch for to ensure we catch any potential issues before they turn into big problems. He wore booties after being out in the muddy yard and took away the dirty filter that he replaced. And my dogs liked him very much.
