Update: 11/19/2024 Will B. came by for our heating tune up and he is great!! Nice, not pushy, informative GREAT work. This is why we chose Jerry Kelly!!We came home to no heat and called Jerry Kelly first thing in the morning, they were out in a matter of hours, we knew we would need a new system inevitably andIt looks like it was time. Dalton was fantastic! Very detailed walked us through everything showed us pictures of what we could not see inside the system so there were no questions left unanswered. The pricing was very reasonable. We did decide to purchase a new hvac system that came with a 10-year parts and labor warranty. Next day installation.

The appointment was extremely negative on my 12year old unit, that I called for a "tune up" call.Tech claims there is a small crack in the heat exchange unit. It is a Trane Unit. 1st thing he did.We have "0" issues with our HVAC. My Electric bIll has never reached over $250.00 in in the Heat of Summer or Dead of Winter.The Tech suggested a completely new unit at the bargain of price &17,000. to $19,000.Conviently they could star the nextday!Tech had no personality, sad not 1 positive comment on the Unit.Sad he had been with Jerry Kelly for 30 years yet couldn't estimate the size of our 1800 sq ft house..Stating A 3 Ton unit was not big enoughI live in the Vineyards in St. Charles and see Jerry Kelly in here once a week.Will be sure to share with my neighbors our wonderful experienceThat we had with thr tech who appeared to be irritated working on Friday afternoon.Huge eye opener
