Jerry Kelly is very excited to announce that we have recently received the North American Comfort Contractor of the Year Award for 2013 from the Service Roundtable! This is a huge honor for our entire team, and we’d like to share the details of the award with all of our fantastic customers.
What is the Service Roundtable?
Service Roundtable is the largest private group of service contractors. It is an organization that was founded by a collaboration of leading contractors in our industry to share ideas and help each other best grow our businesses and improve our services. Jerry Kelly has been a proud member of the Service Roundtable for several years.
What is the North American Comfort Contractor of the Year Award?
Every year, a pool of some of the most highly regarded HVAC contractors from around the country is selected as candidates for this award. The winner of the award is voted on by other HVAC contractors, which makes it extra special because we were selected by other people who do what we do.
As Bethany McKeon, marketing director for Jerry Kelly, says, “We’re proud of every award we earn, but the Service Roundtable Contractor of the Year Award is especially meaningful because it’s voted on and decided by our peers.”
A year of great honors for Jerry Kelly
2013 was a fantastic year for Jerry Kelly. Along with receiving the Service Roundtable’s award as voted on by fellow contractors, we also received the following recognitions:
- Angie’s List Super Service Award: An award based on exemplary customer reviews on Angie’s List, which only 5% of St. Louis and St. Charles HVAC service providers qualify for.
- Number One Heating and Cooling Contractor in St. Charles County: A recognition given by the St. Charles County Suburban Journal and voted on by members of our community.
- One of the St. Louis area’s Top Places to Work: A recognition given by the Saint Louis Post-Dispatch based on feedback about job satisfaction from our own employees.
Reflecting on the Service Roundtable’s most recent award, McKeon says, “Jerry Kelly strives to make every customer more than satisfied on every job we do, and that’s not just lip-service.
