Last year on this blog, we published a series that highlighted Jerry Kelly Heating, Air Conditioning, Electrical and Plumbing’s 28 Core Values that define who we are as a company. If you’ll recall, value number 16 was, “As a leader in the HVAC industry we will grow, adapt and change to remain a leader.” Well, now we’re doing just that by adding a brand new Core Value to that list! Jerry Kelly Heating, Air Conditioning, Electrical and Plumbing’s Core Values are a list of 29 statements that define the kind of company that we are and how we set our sights on future growth. It’s also a list of promises that we make to our customers so that they can always expect the highest quality of service, as well as to our employees so that they can count on coming to work every day in the best possible environment.

So without further ado, we would like to introduce you to our newest Core Value: We treat everyone with kindness and respect. We are sensitive to others’ feelings.
This is another value that we believe applies to both our customers and our employees. For our customers, it means that we will always put ourselves in your shoes when something goes wrong with your heating and cooling systems. We know how frustrating it can be when your home is not comfortable because it would be frustrating for us too! And we know how to step back and listen to any of the questions, comments, and concerns that our customers might have, and we can use that information to improve our business practices.
For our employees, it’s a promise that everyone will be treated with the respect that they deserve, regardless of his or her position in our company.
