The thermostat appeared to be working until 1:45 am when I felt like it was getting colder. I checked the thermostat because the furnace was not running and the temperature setting was at 73 but the temperature was 69. (See photo) hopefully you will dispatch a technician to correct the problem. I believe the thermostat is defective. I do know my house is cold.
Typical rip off. Defective flame sensor, the new one is $30-40. Work was done in 20 minutes, including diagnostics. We were asked to pay $480!!! What an arrogance. Your tire is flat, you need a new tire. Diagnostics $98. This is not professional at all.

Alex & Alex came out today for our annual inspection and they did an amazing job. We just noticed last week that the pad that our AC sits on has shifted, so they got that taken care of for us same day and because of our membership it was no additional cost to us. They were super friendly and knowledgeable and bonus, my puppy absolutely loved them!
Elliott and Mark very professional and helpful when they were doing the annual time up of my A.C system at my house. Elliott showed me the air duct tunnel condition and provided his suggestions on cleaning the system in the near future. He changed the anti bacterial sponge and plastic pipe at the same as they need to be replaced. Thank you both for your professionalism!
When our furnace stopped working, I called the office. Greg showed up in a very short time, replaced a worn part and promptly got the heat back on. I am very pleased with this company and their service tech's and I highly recommend them.
During an annual inspection, Korey was very thorough and found not only mold up where the coils were, but also that the original manufacturer's manual had been left inside the unit, blocking half the air flow! (It must have been there since the originally installation, 21 years ago. No one else had noticed it was there before!) Given the age and the mold, and impending price increases, it was time to get a new unit. Korey was very professional, rational, and friendly, and I felt very comfortable working with him and considering his recommendations.A crew from Jerry Kelly was by to install the new HVAC the very next morning! As Korey had predicted, they were done by 2pm. They were a super crew who went above and beyond the call of duty several times. They replaced my saggy plastic A/C platform outside with a new concrete one, no extra charge. They organized my power cables that wound chaotically near my HVAC. They let me know when they were about to do something that might create fumes so that I could move my pet birds to a better location. They warned me about newer St. Peters code requirements that required circulation vents in my utility room, discussed with me what would work best, and installed them for no extra charge. (Which meant the city inspection later went very smoothly.) They reattached my dryer vent to the ceiling hookup that goes outside, which had come loose after a different contractor's work the previous weekend. I'm not positive, but I'm think they even added a plug-in ground fault circuit interrupter to my garage fridge power supply, which it definitely needed. (Thank you, if that was you!) Overall, they were exceptional, very clean and efficient, friendly, listening, and left my home in a better state than how they found it.I would give more than 5 stars if I could. :) Thank you, Jerry Kelly!
I feel the technician had a good intent, but this was an odd experience.I was told my system is old, beyond repair. The circuit board is fried - we can replace it wth a generic unit but no guarantee it will work = $900. If that doesnt turn on your blower motor that'll be another $2000, no guarantee it will work. So you'll be out $3k and still have to replace the whole system = $13,800-$17,000 for the 2 best options for me.Their "field supervisor" leaves me voicemail a few days later to "check in on his team," but opened the conversation with notes about why i didnt want to finance with them and or have the repair done.Heres the fun part. A few hours after my tech left that day I aired out the internals / circuit board of my system. It all turned back on and has been working since. I got 2 seconds opinions, both confirmed my thermostat wasnt reading temp correctly and overworking my system. I paid $40 for a new thermostat and a refill of 2.5lbs refridgerant for my system. The CSR was baffled, he'd never heard of anything like this.The HVAC will still need replacement, eventually, but my new quote was less than half what I was quoted from JK.I know this is a reputable company, I dont think they tried to do me wrong but this kind of service is beyond words.Update as of 12/21/2022; I believe in being fair. My heat stopped working today. Another tech from a local company came out, found there was a partial short on the board that previously was not there but prevented the ignitor from turning on. They swapped the board out and all is well - $500 total repair versus the $17,000 I was quoted.Again, I think the tech meant well but this other company was beyond thorough, quoted me *well* ubder half that if and when I want to do a full system replacement. Also, that my system is not "as old as my house" (1969) bit was all brand new in 1994, fully serviced 6 years ago, 1 year before I bought my house.Update as of 03/06/2023; PLEASE stop spamming my phone, especially 6:30pm (dinner time, family time for most) with calls about service options. You tried to gut me for a $17,000 bill with what cost me $540 overall for a nee thermostats, a refridgerant charge, and a new circuit board. Leave me alone.

Andrew S. Came out to fix an issue with our thermostat and was able to actually correct a gas issue with the furnace that was causing our gas bill to be high as well. Glad he noticed that and was able to fix it as well. Definitely went above and beyond what I expected to get from a technician coming out on short notice. He did a fantastic job!

Furnace went out on a Friday, called Sat and had Korey T. out that afternoon. Very professional and gave me a great deal on replacing both my broken furnace and old A/C system. They had a team out Monday. Both Alex J. And Ryan S. did an awesome job and were very professional. System works so much better than my old system. Will definitely be my go to for any additional HVAC work in the future.
