The Top Workplaces were selected based on an employee survey that was conducted by WorkplaceDynamics, LLP, which is a leading research firm on organizational health and employee engagement. The firm conducted regional Top Workplaces programs with 37 major publishing partners and recognized a list of 150 National Top Workplaces.
What makes this recognition extra special is that it’s entirely based on employee feedback, which reflects the level of job satisfaction within our company. We are thrilled to see that our efforts to create a happy and rewarding work environment have paid off!
