Greg did fantastic. He was the first person to take the time to really explain my new hot water heater. I am now confident that if my pilot light goes off, I can turn it back on. I have never had this high level of service and understanding. I will continue to go to Jerry Kelly before I call anyone else. I feel very fortunate that Greg was assigned to help me. I’ve had two Jerry Kelly HVAC techs in my house, with Mark being the most recent. Both techs were incredibly professional, thorough, kind and informative. I’m due for a full HVAC system replacement and will buy from Jerry Kelly (Mark) because their techs have been top-tier. Even if I could get a system for cheaper elsewhere, the customer service at Jerry Kelly is worth the cost.I also appreciate the ability to schedule/speak to the office via text.

Update: 11/19/2024 Will B. came by for our heating tune up and he is great!! Nice, not pushy, informative GREAT work. This is why we chose Jerry Kelly!!We came home to no heat and called Jerry Kelly first thing in the morning, they were out in a matter of hours, we knew we would need a new system inevitably andIt looks like it was time. Dalton was fantastic! Very detailed walked us through everything showed us pictures of what we could not see inside the system so there were no questions left unanswered. The pricing was very reasonable. We did decide to purchase a new hvac system that came with a 10-year parts and labor warranty. Next day installation.
